sdPhotonics develops next generation photonic devices for a variety of applications.  We offer advanced materials production capabilities, R&D services in semi-conductor device development, and advanced laser and detector technologies. We have new technologies for VCSELs and miniature VCSELs that promise higher speed, higher efficiency, denser packing, and higher reliability than possible with today’s devices. Our large area infrared detectors offer high responsivity and lower cost than other commercial detectors.
